We don't actually have much experience of this, our customers are courteous and confident, they don't tend to buy things they don't definitely want! But should a genuine problem ever arise and you wish to return a product, please follow the processes below if you would.
Please bear in mind that if you ordered a product specially, i.e. it stated on the website that it was a Special Product Order item (SPO), then I'm afraid that it will have been specially manufactured for you, obtained and delivered and as such, we don't take these items back.
If you have made a mistake and ordered a wrong item, you've just decided to change your mind or after having received an item, you want to return it, so long as you send us an e-mail via the 'Contact Us' page within 14 working days of receiving the item(s) and so long as they are not SPO items, then of course you can return them, at your expense.
So long as they arrive back in good condition, have not been fitted or used, then we will take them back into our inventory and refund you immediately. The refund will go back to you via your original payment method, Card, PayPal etc...Please note for money laundering reasons, we cannot be paid by card and then refund you in cash!
Returns Process - Please Follow these Simple Guidelines
OK so you decide to return an item(s), they are non-SPO products and it's within 14 working days of receiving the products. Go to the 'Contact Us' page on the website and send us an e-mail to advise us of your wishes.
Package up the product(s) with care, as received and send back to our company address. We recommend you send parcels back to us using a 'Trackable' or 'Signed For' service, just so you can verify we've received it back?
