Introduction

The Bajo Pro, currently the top of the range off road machine from Extreme Baja Karts, it shares many of the attributes of the EBK V chassis but is scaled up in size to suit drivers from their teens through to adulthood, just because you're getting older doesn't mean you can't keep having fun! As with all Extreme Baja Karts, safety, strength, reliability and longevity are paramount and this vehicle ticks all the boxes. It's been designed to suit the UK's playgrounds, a personalised Baja Desert machine that isn't 20 foot long and 10 foot wide, because we just haven't got the open space they have in California! 

 We can supply the Baja Pro as a kit of parts or as a rolling chassis, ready to accept your choice of engine, we can of course receive your engine and finish the build for you as required, depending on your level of technical ability. You'll find a larger 1½" mandrel formed seamless tubular chassis, scaled up from the Corporate chassis to provide older teens and adults more space and the perfect cockpit for some serious driving. The Baja Pro model is equipped with a choice of larger 15" BTR racing wheels which enable the fitment of larger diameter front disc brakes setup.

The front and rear brakes are controlled by an adjustable bias pedal box and a vertical billet aluminium hydraulic handbrake for additional control. All brake lines are made in the finest Goodridge braided PTFE hose and routed to ensure the best protection from debris.

The true Baja inspired aluminium body panels are hand built in the time honoured tradition and powder coated to protect them from the elements in a choice of colours. The suspension design features optimised geometry with 14" - 18" of front and rear travel (depending on ride heights and setup), unequal double wishbones at the front and trailing arms at the rear, make for a very strong and well proven off road setup, ideal for traversing the harshest of terrain.

Although the Baja Pro is currently offered without an engine, it does come with a universal mounting facility to enable almost any motorcycle engine to be accomodated and the chassis comes with suitable mounting brackets and points for your radiator, fuel tank, whip etc.

New models currently being tested include a choice of rear gearbox from RPM or Quaife and using also the superb MPE750 Weber motor from Germany, a high power unit with 120bhp in standard format.
